The 2015 Las Vegas Flagship Management Blue & Gray Golf Classic will be held on Thursday, March 12, at the Desert Pines Golf Club. The USMMA Alumni Association and Foundation invites alumni, parents and friends of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy to join us in Vegas for, arguably, the best Kings Point reunion in the country.

The event, which saw a record 128 golfers in 2014 along with another 20 guests and volunteers in attendance, is becoming one of the most anticipated Kings Point events throughout the year. For Kings Point graduates, we invite you and your classmates to participate in the Annual Las Vegas Class Challenge developed by AAF Chapters Director Joe Martino ’86. The USMMA Class Challenge, won in 2014 by the Class of 1986 with 36 golfers, was created two years ago to see which USMMA Class can send the most representatives to the Las Vegas golf outing. The winning class gets a free foursome to be used at any of the Blue & Gray outings during the year. The class gets to pick the members of the foursome.

2015 Hotel Information:
We have established a discount group rate ($70 - Tues. / $78 - Wed. / $78 - Thurs.) at the New York-New York Hotel and Casino (Click 'Make a Reservation' when on landing page). This is considered the “Group Hotel” as the Wednesday Night Welcome Reception takes place inside at the Nine Fine Irishmen. 2015 Travel Plans / Wednesday Reception
For those curious of potential travel plans, the majority of the attendees fly in Wednesday mid-morning and fly out Friday. Participants schedule the trip to arrive for the annual Wednesday evening welcome reception at the Nine Fine Irishmen Pub at the New York New York Hotel and Casino. In 2014, the event had over 150 attendees as friends, spouses and guests joined the party. Golfers then took to the course on Thursday with the entire evening open for dinners and Vegas nightlife.
